Senior Training and Integration Officer

Lead training initiatives and support the successful integration of Dext's products and technology in partner schools.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education /Technology/Engineering or other related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in training, education, learning and development, or technology integration.
• Experience in developing training materials and facilitating training sessions.
• Proficiency with digital tools and learning technologies.

Responsibilities

• Develop training content and learning materials for teachers and students.
• Design effective training and content delivery approaches.
• Conduct teacher and student training sessions.
• Support the integration and adoption of Dext products and technology in partner schools.
• Monitor teacher and student engagement and identify areas for improvement.
• Work closely with partner schools and internal teams to ensure successful implementation.
• Gather feedback and continuously improve training programmes and delivery.
• Coordinate with internal and external entities to conduct research on effective integration of DEXT products and services into schools.
